Service introduction
1）Check the operation site and then determine and operation plan. Mainly check roof conditions, and then determine whether hanging baskets and plates can be installed, whether hanging baskets and plates can move freely without obstructions, and whether neon lamps and boards interfere with operations, etc.
2）Install transport tools. If the building is installed with window-cleaning machines, detect them in accordance with regulations before operation.
3）Prepare cleaning tools and detergents.
4）Operators carry tools to hanging baskets or plates, and some tools shall be tied to hanging baskets or plates, so as to prevent injuries of pedestrians arising from careless dropping. Besides, the ground shall be installed with safety protection ropes, or safety warning boards.
5）Adopt the “up-down” operation mode. After a layer of cleaning is finished, arrange tools, add detergents, move hanging baskets or plates horizontally, and then start the next layer.
6）Cleaning method
1) Inspect if exterior walls have smears including adhesive, etc. If any, remove them with corresponding tools (scraper) and detergent.
2) Soak the wiper in the barrel, stroke the wiper once slightly after it fully absorbs the detergent (no dripping), and paint the exterior walls evenly.
3) During painting, move the wiper horizontally from up to down, and overlap the paining to prevent omission.
4) Clean the detergent on exterior walls with rubber spatula slightly hard. Press the rubber spatula on the exterior walls evenly; move the spatula slowly from up to down; after a layer is finished, wipe the spatula clean with wet towel and then start the next layer.
5) Check walls within the one-time operation scope are cleaned, and slide the hanging baskets or plates for the next step.
6) After all cleaning operations are finished, arrange the equipments and tools, remove safety protection ropes or warning boards, and wipe water on the ground.
