Maintenance standards

1. Plants shall be strong and plump, and the shape shall be natural and well-balanced. The leaves shall be clean and bright without dusts, obvious scabs, obvious insect pests, and residue pests.
2. The plants are free from withered branches and yellow leaves. If leave tips are a bit yellow, adopt reasonable pruning, and maintain the beautiful and natural shape of plants.
3. Plant pots and vessels shall be clean and tidy without dirt, sundries, and trashes. If pots or vessels are broken, replace them in time. Ensure no broken pots or vessels on the scene.
4. Bottom plates, cylinders and pots of plants shall be appropriate, suitable and beautiful. Their color match shall be proper.
5. During the display period of plants and flowers, apply fertilizers periodically to meet their growth requirements. Adopt organic fertilizers or effective inorganic fertilizers without undesirable odors and toxicity. Ensure the display environment is fresh and natural. Replace plants and flowers with serious insect pests.
6. Ensure the ornamental values of displayed plants. Replace the ones with plants fewer than 1/2 or without ornamental values.
7. Maintenance personnel shall wear tidy uniforms during door-to-door services. Besides, they shall abide by related regulations and systems of Party A. The maintenance shall ensure no interfere or damage to Party A's assets. Maintenance personnel shall not take anything of customers.
8. The company adopts one-to-one service. All customers have respective regional supervisors or project managers. In case of any problems, the customers can directly contact the project manager, so as to ensure service timeliness.
9. Replacement: replace the plants in case of one of the following conditions: the ornamental leaves are smaller than 1/2 of the plants, the plants are seriously withered, the plants grow poorly, the plants have serious diseases and insect pests cannot be skilled with drugs, or the drugs are too excitant to be used in the landscape area, or the leaves fall due to improper environment.

Pruning

adjust the lawns with sand cover; the landforms shall be flat and smooth.

Apply organic compound fertilizers two or three times according to fertility, 
weed and growth conditions.

Adopt prevention as the main measure, and choose comprehensive control; 
strictly control plant diseases and insect pests.

strictly control plant diseases and insect pests.
For arbors and shrubs, carry out pruning at least three times, and ensure no
 deadwood and slip; for topiary and ball-shaped plants, carry out timely
 pruning according to growth conditions, and ensure leaves are thick
 and round without falling; for ground covers and climbing plants, 
carry out timely pruning and arrangement once every at least three years, 
and ensure no deadwood.

Weeding and soil loosening

Ensure soils are loosened without weeds all the year around.

Fertilization

Apply fertilizers according to plant type, growth conditions and soil conditions. 
Apply base fertilizer at least once per year. For flowering shrubs, 
apply compound fertilizer twice to meet growth requirements.

Prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests

Adopt prevention as the main measure, and choose ecological management. 
Incidence of plant diseases and insect pests: lower than 5%.

Strengthening and reinforcement

Trees are not inclined basically.

Others

Arbors and shrubs shall grow strongly with complete crowns and beautiful forms; 
flowering shrubs shall blossom and yield on time; ball and topiary-shaped plants 
and ground covers shall grow thickly without branch shortage.

Flower beds

Arrangement

Carry out arranges at least four times per year, 
and ensure there're flowers all the year around.

Water supply and drainage

Maintain effective water supply without dead water.

Replanting

In case of branch shortage or falling, carry out timely replanting.

Pruning and fertilization

Clear withered stalks, yellow leaves, weeds and trashes in time. 
Apply base fertilizer once per year. Apply compound fertilizer 
once per year before arrangement. Add fertilizers appropriately 
during the blossoming period.
